Nutrition for athletes is not only a necessary piece of our overall health puzzle, it is a constantly shifting science. New studies are released often. Old rules are found to be no longer relevant and “new and improved” products arrive on store shelves daily. We fully support the nutritional supplement companies that partner with or sponsor Isis Athletics – let’s please respect the science and research behind their products. Open and honest dialogue is welcomed about any and all things nutritionally related, however. This is how we learn!
